Crazy in Love

Love. It's that feeling that gives us goosebumps and the thing that keeps us up all night and has us smiling all day. Love, oh what a feeling. Love is usually associated with a particular person in our lives, a husband, boyfriend, parent, or child. What if I told you that there is an even better type of love. A limitless, jaw-dropping, overwhelming kinda love. Well...brace yourself because it is. Yup, you guessed it, I'm talking about God's love. And once you've experienced it and truly understand it, there's nothing like it! True Story.

Ok, so you are probably saying God is love, and therefore I experience his love all the time. Your right, but that's very different from what I'm talking about. Remember that first time you knew you were in love. Something happened; there was a shift, a change that proved to you that you were willing to do anything for that person, or perhaps you were on the receiving end, and it was confirmed they would do anything for you. Well, that's God's love for us all the time. He is willing to do anything, and I mean anything because he loves us that much. Here's the difference between God's super awesome love and the love we give as humans. God's love is unconditional, right or wrong, clean or smelly, good day or bad God still loves us. Whether you cheated or stole something, guess what God still loves us. Humans, on the other hand, not so much. Did you cheat on your ex, lie on your taxes, step on someone to get ahead? Well, chances are that person left you or is totally over you. You're not even worth their time unless it's the whole cheated on taxes thing. Yeah, the IRS has time for you, but it's not love they're sticking around for. But God sticks it out with us. Don't believe me, just check these verses out for yourself: John 3:16, Romans 8:39, 1 John 4:16

Complete evidence that God is rocking with us and riding for us. The question is, are you rocking with him? Well, if you're not, then start today. How do you start? Glad you asked; you have to 633 it. You know Matthew 6:33. Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you. Simply put, spend time with him by reading the Bible and staying in prayer. Until next time don't forget to live in S.H.A.R.E. (Social Harmony and Real Empowerment)
